From the Headmaster, John Bertolini
Hard to believe it, but we are nearing the half-way point of the summer. There are still a number of junior high and high school students who have not picked up the book for their summer reading assignment. Please stop by the office ASAP to pick up your copy today.
A big thank you to Julio Rodriguez for mowing the lawn closest to the main building, to high school senior Sophia Haeuser who assisted our new AD Kara Gittings with cleaning out and organizing the sports shed and to high school senior Dan Arend who also spend multiple hours assisting with classroom readiness. Your help is crucial to staying on top of things and keeping our campus clean and attractive. Thank you again!
We’re nearing the halfway point of the summer which means it’s time to prepare for next school year which begins on August 21st. Teachers will be spending the week of August 5-9 getting their classrooms ready and they would love some donated items for their classroom.
See the attached (updated) document that both lists and gives links for the items to be purchased. Thank you for your generosity!
From the Desk of Athletic Director, Kara Gittings…..
As the school year begins so does the start of a new volleyball season. Our volleyball players have been training this past month and will continue their training through July. August 12th is the first practice date of the season.
This year we will be doing a fundraiser to support our school and student athletes. All volleyball players will be participating in a Serve-a -Thon. If you would like to sponsor an athlete please contact me (email@example.com) or the athlete directly.
