As promised, here is the full edition of yesterday’s Tuesday Memo which is a Wednesday memo this week…….

Once again, thank you to all of the people who helped to make the Jog-a-Thon our most successful of all time. We have raised over $27,000! If you still have money to collectplease do so and submit by this Friday so we can close out the books and announce a final number. I’m so proud of the zeal shown by our students, teachers, parents, and generous donors!

Thank you to Nabor Andrade, Sophia CastańedaMaria Cuevas, and Yuri Arellano for attending last Tuesday’s parents’ guild meeting and volunteering to help out at our upcoming Academic Awards Night next Wednesday, May 22nd and Graduation June 1st. We still need a number of parent volunteers, particularly for help with graduation, so watch your e-mail inbox for a request for help.

We had a great turnout for the 3-6 grade country reports and writer’s night last Wednesday. I’m so proud of the collaborative efforts of our students, parents, and teachers to put together such wonderful projects. Thanks for coming!

What a beautiful May crowning we had last Friday! The students were all very well dressed to honor Our Lady with a procession followed by Mass. Thank you to all of the parents who brought flowers! Our Marian Raffle brought in almost $200 for our sacristy fund. Thanks for your support!

Finally, congratulations to our K-8 track athletes (Wyatt and Whitney Balderas Campos, Aaron and Peter Buyarski, Declan Ferrigan, Nico Muth, and Gianna Bertolini who participated last Friday in a twilight track meet at Justin-Siena. Other athletes who participated were Nathaniel Buyarski (4th in the 100 meter and 4th in the 200 meter), Dominic Bertolini (3rd in the 50 meter), Patrick Ferrigan (3rd in the 200 meter, 2nd in the 100 meter, and 1st in the 400 meter!) and Allie Duncan (1st in the 100, 200, & 400 meters!)

Items Needed for TK Atrium

Our list is even shorter now, but we are still in need of the following (less expensive) items and need assistance to prepare our new atrium in the cry room behind the chapel so that we can provide the best possible environment for our TK students to enrich their new experience with theCatechesis of the Good Shepherd.

Someone to make and install a narrow window sill.

Someone to sand/prime and paint cabinet doors.

One resin Good Shepherd statue.  (Thank you, Kristen Kelly!)

Thank you!
